In 2003 Veritas Contracting LLC was formed to construct a 5 story office building for a group of private investors in Morgantown, WV. By using the design/build method of contracting the project was completed under budget and in less time than originally anticipated. Following the successful completion of this project, Veritas Contracting LLC expanded its base of operations to provide construction services for a limited clientele in the Morgantown, WV area.

From 2003 to 2007 Veritas intentionally controlled their growth to develop a solid financial foundation which would enable their ability to increase the capacity of the company in the future. In 2008, Veritas Contracting LLC initiated a program to gain a greater market share of the construction business in the Central West Virginia area.
